HPM provides full project management covering all aspects of the coordination of refurbishment and construction works.

In particular this includes:

Clarifying the remit, and drawing up and coordinating the overall programme for the project
Specifying the requirements for the planners and other specialists involved in the project
Drawing up and supervising organisation and payment plans, with project milestones for all those involved.
Coordination and supervision of those involved in the project (but not including the firms doing the building work)
Preparation and supervision of the participation of parties affected by the planning
Extrapolation of planning goals and resolution of conflicts
Preparation of regular progress reports for the client and presentation in good time of matters requiring decisions to be taken.
